It was one of the best decisions I ever made

I recently had laser eye surgery performed by Mr Bates at Taunton.

It was one of the best decisions I ever made and everything went exactly to plan. (I kept a diary of the pain and increase in vision day by day and it was spot on to what I was told to expect.)

My friends had previously travelled to Bristol for laser surgery but I wasn’t impressed with their after-care.

Having met Mr Bates at an Open Evening rather than reading a glossy impersonal leaflet about the other clinics, I felt the local option was more personal.

The service was excellent from start to finish, professional yet caring, honest but realistic!
